Charter and Public Schools: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

We have had only two options for thinking about charter schools, as the savior of public education or as its destroyer. This panel discussion will push the panelists and the participants at FMFP to wrestle with the questions, problems, and possibilities of charter schools.
